How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will email you with a tracking link. This link will take you to your order's unique tracking page, which is your first port of call to find information such as where your order came from, which carrier it arrived with, when it was picked up, how many items it contains and its current status. There should be helpful hints on the carrier's website to let you know what the current status of your order is.
I didn't receive a tracking number
If the carrier's website doesn't show any results for your tracking number, or if you haven't received a tracking number at all, don't worry, our team will have access to your package information and you can contact us to find out where your order is. We know that shipping can be stressful - so let us take the worry out of it for you!
My delivery was unsuccessful, what should I do?
Don't panic! The first thing to do is to take another look at the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email. This will be where the courier will make updates on the current status of your package. If it was returned to a warehouse, this usually means it will be dispatched to another delivery truck soon.
