HOW IS POOPOO BAMBOO PRODUCTS MORE SUSTAINABLE?
Being plastic free is very important to us, and has been an integral part of our mission from the outset. We studied many packaging options, including so-called environmentally friendly plastic options such as oxy-degradable plastic. However, given the unrealistic conditions needed for such plastics to degrade, we felt that paper was the most environmentally sound choice. We also took care to ensure that no plastic was present in our packaging tape, opting to use a kraft paper based eco packaging tape reinforced with glass fibres. -

lovely poo poo hopes you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, We accept the return of defective products for 30 days from the date of purchase. All merchandise must be returned unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.
If you’re not happy with your product and would like a refund, please email us at support@poopoo.shop within 30 days of receiving your product and we’ll arrange a refund. Please specify your order number (you can find it in your order confirmation email) and tell us what the problem is so we can do our best to fix it for next time!
How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
1.You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.2.Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. You must use the shipping label we provide, then send back and postmark the package within 30 days from the purchase date.
3.Exception,the discounted products are final products and are non-refundable.
